The Pelco CM9760-VCRC VCR Controller is directly connected to the 9700 system controller and controls up to 64 VCRs. The controller allows the security and surveillance operator to control specific VCR models automatically and manually. It remotely controls VCRs with resistive ladder control (such as Sanyo's SRT672 and SRC-800, and Sony models which support resistive ladder) or S-link remote control (such as Sony's SLV-775HF and SVO-1320).
A combination of matrix keyboard control and appropriate macro commands can be used to operate the seven VCR control functions such as play, stop, forward, reverse, pause, record, and reject. The VCR controller, which meets NEMA type 1 standards, can be set up and configured by the DIP switches behind the front panel of the system.
