Jobu Design QRR-138 Quick Release Clamp for Arca-Type Plates (Requires Plate)
The Jobu Design QRR-138 Quick Release Clamp is a 2" wide replacement clamp that is compatible with all Arca Swiss-type plates and mounts. It features one countersunk hole that will work with a 3/8" male centered mounting bolt found atop a ballhead or head mounting plate.

i buy these to attached to top of monopods, and top of stock video plates on manfrotto video heads.
cos all my geat are arca-swiss mount, so i dont have to much around changing plates for differnt ballheads and video heads...etc
the knob however is thicker than the clamp, so if the surface u are mounting to needs to be flat, then u need to buy the clamps with the lever style

I purchased this quick release to mount on my monopod for use with my Nikon 70-200mm lens and JOBU NX-2 plate attached to the lens foot.
It provides a very secure connection and is easy to attach and release.
