The NVS 6-3 XT from Newcon is an aviation-style night vision binocular. Configured with two objectives, two oculars, and dual 3rd generation image intensifiers - this NVS 6 is capable of outstanding stereoscopic night vision imagery.

The NVS 6 comes complete with a fully adjustable mounting system that's compatible with Gallet helmets.

There are many variables that affect the distance that one can see with a night vision device; the object's size, ambient weather and lighting conditions, the level of detail needed for recognition, etc. The important factors to consider when evaluating any night vision device are the generation of the intensifier tube along with its specified resolution and s/n ratio.
