This Impact Sync Cord Male Mini to Male Phono (16") is a straight cable, 16" long. It can connect a mini female terminal (used by many remote control devices) to a 1/4" phono female terminal, used by power packs and monolights with a phono terminal, such as Bowens, Monolite, Balcar, Speedotron, and similar packs.

I have a handfull of these for my Pocket Wizard to Profoto setups. They are just the right length for studio and close range location work. If you work long distances from your strobes, I'd suggest a longer cable so that you can mount the Pocket Wizard higher and away from the generator pack or monohead.
It's smart to have e few of these handy... maybe an extra or 2 in your camera bag!
