With 3000 ANSI lumens and a 500-1 contrast ratio the Canon LV-7370 has the projection power required to display bright, sharp images in less than ideal conditions like classrooms and boardrooms that are only partially darkened.
This projector features network connectivity so it can report an error condition and even send an email when its lamp is at the end of its useful life. Speaking of useful life, the LV-7370 has one of the best warranties in the industry, three years parts and labor—one of the more obvious signs of the quality Canon builds into its products.
The LV-7370 boasts not only of quality but quantity of useful and unique features. It can decode and display closed captioning from programming sources that provide it. Its onscreen menu can be displayed in 21 different languages. Its color correction technology can compensate for projection surfaces from green chalk boards to light rose walls and six more shades with equal facility. And it can even dramatically lessen the "hot spot" that often obscures the middle of images projected onto a whiteboard.
Other features you'll enjoy include a 1.2 manual optical zoom, automatic vertical keystone correction plus or minus 30 degrees, a seven watt speaker and fan noise that ranges from 35 dB in Normal Mode (which is literally whisper quiet) down to only 29 dB in Quiet Mode.

Comments about Canon LV-7370 3000 Lumens XGA Projector:
I use this projector for powerpoint presentations to groups in classroom settings. It's simple to use, and focuses well to a crystal clear picture. Although it's larger than some I've used in past, it is lightweight, and comes with a perfect carrying case. This was a great purchase for my situaion.

We bought the projector primarily for use in sharing photos at our monthly photo club meetings. Our major concern is color and tonal accuracy. Initial impression has been that it's performance is very good particularly considering the modest cost.

Comments about Canon LV-7370 3000 Lumens XGA Projector:
This is a Great Projector. Quality that I have come to expect from Canon. Great Picture and color, works great on multiple screen 'surfaces' such as a wall:-) Very sharp image even when used with a computer. Price is good here at B&H Photo Video as always.[...] I would definitely recommend B&H and Canon to anyone!Peace/Shalom! Warren A.

Comments about Canon LV-7370 3000 Lumens XGA Projector:
Projector is extremely easy to set up and use. Has a nice crisp image. Well built product. Price point is $100 less than a projector with the same lumens and contrast ratio. I will definitely be buying more.
