intended to replace a model had for years. Immediately noticed the handle was much slimmer and not very substantial. Put my 50 files in and have used it 3-4 times in a week. Today noticed the bottom half plastic has given way and I've had to wrap duct tape around it - pretty much money down the drain and too awkward to return. In a quandry and have not even received credit card statement yet.
