The PVi 4B from Peavey is a powered-mixer that's ideal for music rehearsals, small clubs, and any situation where an easy-to-use sound system is necessary. Constructed with a sturdy metal chassis, a wooden cabinet, vinyl coating, and reinforced protective corners, the PVi 4B is built to last.
With a total of 4 microphone and 6 line inputs, the PVi 4B comes well-equipped to handle a variety of small PA applications. An on-board digital effects processor with a reverb knob on every channel allows you to sweeten the sound where it's needed. Each channel also has treble and bass controls, so you can dial in individual EQ settings for everything connected to the PA.
There are balanced XLR and unbalanced 1/4" line inputs on all 4 of the channels. A stereo RCA input with a level control is included so you can easily attach a CD or MP3 player. RCA outputs are provided for connecting a recording device. The amplifier outputs are 1/4" jacks. The PVi 4B is the perfect powered-mixer for any situation that demands an easy-to-operate PA system.

Comments about Peavey PVi 4B - 4 Channel 100-Watt Powered Mixer:
Product is used to amplify and mix 2 condenser mics in a small restaurant and power small speakers. Also used to play recorded music.
Great because it has phantom power for the condenser mics...nothing else in this price range does! Condensers needed for micing live piano and balance and EQ adjustments allow to give natural sound. RCA jacks allow use of MP3 player when live music is not being played. Only quibble is the LOW volume adjustments are not fine enough...I am NEVER above #1 on the dial in background music situation. VERY happy with purchase...and B&H service too!

Comments about Peavey PVi 4B - 4 Channel 100-Watt Powered Mixer:
I am the custodian/sound man at our church and when our last mixer-amp died, I asked an IT friend if he would find one that would meet our needs. We use it mainly for an adult Sunday School class but also in different rooms of the church as needed. The minute I took it out of the box I just knew that my friend found us the right one. I love the small size, ease of operation, placement of the controls (front and back), price, and especially the 'easy to understand' instruction book (just clear language that you don't have to call a lawyer to read). This product is PERFECT for our needs. Thanks[...]
