Alesis AM3 Handheld USB Stereo Condenser Microphone
The AM3 from Alesis is a professional-quality handheld condenser microphone that captures crisp stereo sound and connects directly to your Mac or PC. The mic capsule contains a pair of condenser elements to capture a detailed stereo image with a wide frequency response. The front of the mic body has a gain slider to adjust the mic's volume. An internal analog-to-digital converter allows you to output sound with a maximum resolution of 16-bit/48kHz, which is higher that CD quality.
The USB output allows you to connect directly to your Mac or PC without installing additional drivers. This makes it easy to capture audio to your hard drive for editing and sharing. A subscription for Alesis podcast hosting is included with purchase. The mic also comes with a carrying case, mic clip, and USB cable so you can get started right away.
