The DXG DXG-579V High Definition Camcorder (Silver) is a budget-friendly choice that gives you 1280 x 720p HD video, 8MP stills, and voice recording all at an affordable price. This easy to use camera features basic functions and features and that won't complicate the recording process. The camcorder is equipped with 5MP 1/2.5" CMOS sensor that records HD video and up to 8MP stills to either the internal 32MB flash memory or to optional SD/SDHC memory cards. The 2.4" LCD screen provides a platform on which to compose and playback your shots, while the fixed focus lens offers up to 4x digital zoom. When you're done shooting and ready to show the world all your memories, the included ArcSoft software makes sharing, via social media sites or email, easy.

• 2.4" LCD Display: The 2.4" LCD screen gives you a platform to compose and playback your video and still images

• Digital Voice Recorder: The DXG-579V isn't just a camcorder, it doubles as a digital voice recorder perfect for keeping track of personal notes, recording lectures or meetings. In addition, you can use the camera as a mass storage device for transferring files between computers

• Easy Internet Uploading: The ArcSoft Total Media Extreme software that comes with the 579V makes for easy editing and uploading to the Internet for sharing on social media sites and for emailing
