I got them for getting a great report card and have been using them daily. It is so nice that when I wear them I DO NOT bother my mother so much with the sound that I used to have. It is benifical for both of us.

I so wish I had waited and actually looked into headsets before purchasing this product for my birthday. At first, the headset feels nice on your ears but just after 30 minutes of actual use, my ears were red and almost numb. I had just though that my ears were too big and just blamed that on me.

The sound was fine, but it is the same as any other cheap ear/headphones. Same l/r audio, nothing special. The same effect this headset gives you can be replicated by just turning your t.v. volume up.

Build quality is the greatest problem though. After about a month of playing, I noticed cracks on the adjustment slides. After another month, the crack had spread across and broke the slider in half. After another, the other side had done the same. At the same time, the cable had somehow broke inside and left one speaker useless. No audio was coming though it.

Nothing to say about the mic, its just like any-old headset, though hearing other people is kinda clumsy with the setting you have to use on the Xbox.

Overall, this headset was just a nightmare, never again. After searching online and learning about other products, audio quality, and purchasing another product, this headset is the bottom of the barrel.

I would also like to say that I am very careful with equipment I use but I admit to accidentally stepping on the cord when getting up from my chair and pulling the headset off my head a few times.

great audio from the game volume. When it comes to hearing other player's voices....you can't.

Pretty good sound. I ended up using it as my ipod headphone at home. It's just too many wires to work with. Aside from that, good sound quality

as a long time gamer and primarily a modern warfare series geek, i was highly disappointed with this product. I already owned a pair of skullcandy headphones which i love (they are superior when it comes to audio listening), so i figured if they were ready to market a product specifically for the xbox 360, they would stand behind their product and it would be of the same quality as their other products. unfortunately, these headphones are exactly that, just headphones. the game audio is very clear and you are able to gain the advantage most gamers want from an aftermarket headset. if you plan on talking/communicating with other gamers or friends, you might as well plug back in your original gaming headset. you cannot hear the chat audio at all during a game and it is still not very clear when in the game lobby. if you want to listen to music or never want to communicate with your headset, the audio in these are great. if you believe communication is key to most games, then you should look elsewhere. skullcandy has failed at creating a product that works with the xbox 360 and has not lived up to their reputation of a good product

I think that the mic is good overall but, the only thing I don't like about it is that you have to play all the sound out of the headset. the best thing about it is that you can play quietly and confortably

When I opened the package I was excited, I really liked the look and feel of the Skullcandy headset. Unfortunately they did not work, I had to repackage and return.

I use this product for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, it provides a detail of sound that in my opinion you just cant get from your typical speakers.

The major flaws with this Headset is that you can not use hdmi with the Headset directly, but if you purchase the new xbox 360 slim that is loaded with the extra inputs including the red and white inputs required to use the audio portion of the headset which is the tried but true composite audio, you should be fine. Also as it has been mentioned by many the live chat audio is somtimes difficult to use do to no mic volume. If you are a loan shark swimming in the waters of games like MW2 then I have no doubt that this is an excellent gaming investment, also if your up late and don't want to wake anyone up it's a always a bonus be able to excellent audio while being able to talk if you need to.
