This is the second PNY display card I've purchased. Both of them failed within 4 months and for the same reason. The cooling fan starts to groan and whine and then fails altogether. I've also purchased memory cards from PNY and both of them were junk out of the box. I called PNY for warranty service. I was completely dissatisfied with what they told me. I was sent to technical support and the rep. told me that in order to get a replacement card I would have to mail it to them for an exchange. As this card is used daily for my work computer and runs two monitors I cannot shut down my business computer while I'm waiting for an exchange. The rep told me they have a cross exchange policy where they send me and bill me for a new one. Then when I send back the bad one they will credit my account. However that service costs $30. That is totally ridiculous, especially for a [$] item. Never again!!
