I bought this item with the AJA Kona LHi card to replace my aging AJA IO. Definitely a great decision - this combo was super easy to setup and produces great quality video, even when upconverting.
The small form-factor of this box is definitely a plus, though I do think I prefer the connectors on the back much like the AJA IO. Still, the box is a workhorse and performs above expectations.
The included cable that connects the box to the Kona card is a bit short, so that would be my one (very minor) con.
Still, if you own the Kona or are looking to purchase one, this box is well worth the investment to avoid dealing with that unwieldy breakout cable!
