With its continued stellar reputation in high-quality video distribution, TV One introduces its 1T-CT-445 Transmitter for RGBHV Video and RS-232. In a nutshell, this unit is a CAT5 extender that offers twisted pair (RJ-45) signal conversion from an RGBHV (15-pin HD) video input, and RS-232 serial control via 9-pin D-Sub input. It's compatible with HDTV signals, supports resolutions up to WUXGA and 1080p @ 60Hz, and works in conjunction with TV-One's optional 1T-CT-454 and 458 receivers. It's capable of a system range of 1000' (300 m), features a RGBHV (15-pin HD) loop output and a built-in LED power indicator. This transmitter is great for sending high-resolution computer graphics video, HDTV signals, and RS-232 serial control over unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cabling such as standard CAT5, 5e, or 6 (Ethernet network cable).
With its superb signal reliability and twisted pair signal transmission technology, the TV One 1T-CT-445 is an ideal solution for long distance cable distribution often required by broadcast studios, presentation and multimedia applications, security and military installations, and more.
Note! This unit must be used in conjunction with a receiver to achieve a complete solution.
- Twisted Pair (RJ-45) Signal Transmission
- Twisted pair (RJ-45) cabling uses 2 conductors (forward and return) that are twisted together in a specific fashion (pitch/twist rate per meter) to cancel out electromagnetic interference and crosstalk (noise) from external sources and its environment. This technology enables a system range up to 1000' (300 m) at a maximum resolution up to WUXGA and 1080p HDTV @ 60Hz (receiver dependent).
- Supports WUXGA and HDTV Signals
- Its advanced video transport circuitry supports RGBHV video with maximum resolutions up to WUXGA (1920x1200) and HDTV/1080p (receiver dependent).
- RS-232 Serial Control
- If an RS-232 control signal is detected, this unit will convert the signal and output it on the RJ-45 output jack.
- Large Venue Solution
- The 1T-CT-445 is an ideal solution for schools, transportation hubs, hospitals, financial institutions, commercial/retail installations, virtually any large venue that requires high-quality, long distance twisted pair video distribution.
- Optional Mounting
- Aside from its rugged chassis and integrated mounting flange, it offers an optional RM-370T adapter for rack mounting capabilities.
- DC Lock
- It features an exclusive locking DC power connector, which prevents inadvertent power disruption.
