The binders come packaged nicelyt with a flyer that describes their features in more detail. The picture is deceptively small, these fit Print File archival preservers for slides (2x2-20HB) and fits nicely. They clasp closed with a push in nub that presses into the back side of the photo of the binder. The spine holds the 3 ring binder clamps and opens up to lay flat. The only drawbacks are that they seem breakable. [...] They appear to be made of the rigid plastic that could break if dropped onto a rigid tile/concrete floor. The only other drawback is they could have been D rings but the C clamps seem sufficient. They also don't have the release flaps but makes for a tighter design. Good product for the price.Features from the binder info page inside the shrink wrap plastic cover:Flexible hingesWeather Proof (despite a small hole/opening on the bottom of the opening side and the two snap lock holes)Stand & StackContains No PVCDust ProofMoisture ProofRigid PolypropyleneTextured Finish (Black)

Plastic... good for preventing fungus on negatives, won't hold water. Easy to open and close.

vue all binders are made with a slightly heavier plastic than the beseller ones. They are also $1 more.

I use it for my photography class for college. It keeps all my files and materials clean and organized. The only thing that isn't great about it, is it's bulkiness.

I use this binder to store my negative sleeves and contact sheets. It's a sturdy, well-made binder that's light safe and snaps shut, not just a close top. Holds all of my negative sleeves and contact sheets from this past year!

The box itself is good for archival storage of 5-frame X 7-strip sleeves. I purchased this with 6X6 sleeves and its not wide enough with rings installed.

Comments about Vue-All Archival Safe-T Binder (With Rings, Black):
Better to use than a loose leaf binder. Seals on all four sides which helps prevent dust from getting in and negs from falling out.

A cheap-ish product that might be useful for temporary transport of your negs. The more expensive archival binder box products are a better choice for long term neg storage.

i used the product with my 32mm film negatives and its great for bad weather conditions and if you have little ones in your house that could damage the negatives. its a great way to protect them.
Comments about Vue-All Archival Safe-T Binder (With Rings, Black):
I was required to get this for my photography class. I wouldn't buy it otherwise. It's great for storing my negatives and prints, but its hard to open and close.

Comments about Vue-All Archival Safe-T Binder (With Rings, Black):
I had all of my old slides and photos in ring binders. Unfortunately, dust and mold were attacking my images. These binders seem to do a good job of keeping out dust. It may not be possible to keep out the mold given the exposure my pictures have already had.

I was a little disappointed with the quality. These are a bit difficult to open and close but there are not many binders in this price range. Also, would prefer D-ring. These are not easy to open and close

the product was well constructed and seems to seal well so it sill keep dust and light out. the only defect was that I had to remove the burs left over from the injection molding process.

I usually use the Besfile brand binders, and because they were not available, I figured I would try one of these. The binder was very tough, but not as smooth or nice as the other brand.
I will go back to using Besfile Binders.

I've waited too long to purchase these binders! They are great! I'm putting 30 years worth of negatives in them and it's the way to go! They will be dust free, archival safe, and ORGANIZED!

An efficient and convenient way to archive slides, prints, and negatives. A bit cumbersome, and not so attractive; it won't enhance the fengshui of your house or apt.
