Comments about Aluratek ATVA100 HDTV Antenna:

I do not know enough about digital antennas to be sure what was happening, but one of the two computers I was trying to hook up was a brand new HDTV 10080p unit that would periodically pick up a digital signal with NO connection whatsoever. Setting up the Aluratek units went completely according to the instruction manual, clock, and date display setup worked fine, the green light was illuminated indicating AC power connection, but no signal was passed to the TV despite being 16 floors above ground level with a direct line of site to several broadcasting transmitters less than two miles away. I have opened a support incident with the manufacturer that remains unanswered. It is possible I have misunderstood some part of the installation process. If so I will respond again. Otherwise I will return the product to B&H as defective and swap it out with whatever the sales rep recommends.

Comments about Aluratek ATVA100 HDTV Antenna:

I gave it five stars because it exceeded my expectations. Being slightly down hill, downstairs and surrounded by trees, to get one HD channel and five digital with no fuss. I turned the dial all the way up and rotated the gizmo 15 degrees until it started finding channels when scanning. Then left it sitting in the middle position between where channels blinked out. Since then, just gathering dust and doing its job.
