I've just asked for my 2nd RMA for this product. I've purchased two Photoflex products before but their quality control lately has caused them to lose my business. I've had three out of four Main T-Clamps come apart in my hands right out of the box – only one had adhesive applied to it to keep it together. I've received a bent lightstand and a lightstand with broken parts inside. The carry bag is missing an interior nylon panel, leaving only a thin exterior layer that won't wear well and quickly require a replacement just from normal use. [...]this is product coming out of the box that should never have passed quality control at the factory and was never put into use.I bought this intending to use it as portable shade but I have no confidence in the ability of this product to hold together under normal use. The adhesive isn't applied 75% of the time to keep the clamps together that attach the stands to the frame – the products I have returned are potentially dangerous to anyone sitting underneath them and I don't want that liability. I strongly suggest going with another manufacturer, regardless of whatever sale or promotion Photoflex is running.
