This is an awesome monitor. I purchased the monitor to hook to my notebook docking station. There is a window behind my desk, and the non reflecting screen is awesome. I can once again work in the office when the sun is shinning in the office. The resolution is and refresh rate are better then the 21" Dell monitor I use at work. I definitely recommend this monitor, and I plan to buy another in the near future to update my son's desktop.

I really do like the detail of image I get working on it, and the color is really nice. What I'm not too impressed with is that I have yet to view a video that seems to be sharp. I don't know if I have it set wrong, or what, but I've watched youtube and dvds on it, and the image quality seems a little less than I would hope it would be. On the other hand, when I'm looking up close at still images, its pretty good.

This monitor is exceptionally great, especialy for the price. The picture is crisp. The menu is easy to navigate for setup. The only thing that is not so great are the speakers in the back of the monitor - but then again these are monitor speakers - not much to expect there in the first place. Highly recommended as a stand alone monitor. Just get some good speakers to go with it.

I like the size of this monitor for the price. It has a good picture as well. The speaker seems a bit scratchy for me but maybe I need to do some adjustments. I would recommend it.

Good overall monitor given its price.
One dead pixel was not an issue but so far this is my first monitor with dead pixel.
On a good side: pretty sharp picture, correct color reproduction while working in Photoshop Camera RAW.
On not so good: hard to adjust brightness and contrast to achieve good colors, sharpness and overall picture quality. Automatic adjustments did not work correctly, colors were incorrect.

I use the monitor with my Windows Vista desktop to do everything from email and web surfing to video editing. The price for a 24" monitor is excellent. The downside are the hard to use controls and inability to get the great picture I was used to with my Dell 24" monitor that failed.

I've used two old monitors for years -- taking up most of my desk space. I finally decided to "go LCD", and found this 24" -- which gives me side by side page capability while only taking up about 6" of depth.
The colors are great, set-up was easy on my Mac (download driver updates from website). This made me one happy user.
