I use it to transfer VERY large files from my desktop to a laptop and vice versa. It is easy to use (plug and play!), no plastic cap over the USB connection to lose.
For a few cents (or a couple of dollars) Lexar should add a carrying strap.

We use these drives to pass videos and other files along to producers at our post-house, and it functions just as you'd expect a flash drive to. The real perk here is a great design that gets rid of the clunky slide switches that are on other drives, and instead closes into itself. The price is great too - I'll be buying more!
