This ladder is affordable, well built and solid. It can carry gear around and it is perfect for group photo shot avoiding most obvious pitfall of shooting a large group at the same level. It really is an outstanding product.

This is a a very practical item. We did some research and found there are not many options for this type of product. this is exactly what we were looking for. My daughter is a photographer and she is only 5'1." She needed it to pull around school to take photos. With a few bungy cords, she is able to use it for some of her equipment, as well.

I'm 5'5", so I always need to stand on something to get the shot. I've taken this on several location shoots. Super easy to use. Everyone always wants to know where I found a step ladder on wheels!!!

Handy as dolly and ladder. Folds, Could be a little more useful if transformed into a cart also. Could have better locking system. But good for what it's current design is. Could also include bungi cord.

I use this while photographing church directories and family portrat fundraisers all on location. The hand cart is great for movng equipt. from my vehicle to the shoot area. The ladder is quick, easy and lightweight for getting angles I had to use apple crates for before, nice, quick and easy. I wish the handcart base was a little larger but this does what it's supposed to and well.

A terrific tool for event (wedding), portrait and general photography. Helps one to get into a better position for a fresh and possibly unique point of view. Works pretty well for hauling you gear, too.

The only down side is that it is 17 pounds. But it has wheels so its not that bad.

Works well as both ladder and cart, it's nice to have both on location without having to have two separate items. I'm still looking for the optimum bungee cord(s) to fasten long items (background paper, stand) to the cart.

No more multiple trips from car to location dragging gear. I just bungee a light kit bag on and I'm ready to roll. The ladder is sturdy and provides optional shooting angels. The wheels roll easily over any surface even on the beach! Great way to move gear in less time and without physical strain.

The LadderKart combines the load bearing capability of a hand truck with the convenience and essence of a stepladder. It's a perfect piece of gear for the on-location crew or the one-man-band operation.

In use, the Ladderkart will easily move a couple hundred pounds of gear, essentially all that's necessary for a photographer or videographer, from car to location. Then it unfolds in a snap to provide help in setting up lights, backdrops, jibs and more. For stowage, it folds into a small form and can be tucked away unobstrusively.

I appreciate its light weight when preparing to schlep gear. Its construction and sturdiness is reassuring when I'm moving expensive gear. The wheels are small enough to stay out of the way but large enough to roll easily over all but the most challenging, rocky terrain. They are quiet as well. The steadiness the Ladderkart provides encourages me to shoot from its highest stop, 30-inches from the ground. While that doesn't sound high, it allows me to get far over a crowd and with a vantage point that shows in images and video.

The soft, foam-covered handle allows a comfortable and secure grip even in the rain. However I caution those using the product on wet surfaces because the wheels can slip on steep lateral grades. Also, I wish the large diameter tube frame had accommodations or anchors for bungee cords which are needed to secure a load. Not a show stopper but every moment counts when getting gear to and from a location and a securely loaded kart is essential around other gear and client property.

It's a good value for the money. There's really no close competition. I'd recommend to my fellow location photographers and video makers.

I got this to carry my lighting bag on. Just grab a bungee and hook the bag to it.

The ladder feature is fantastic. It's always used and very durable.

Great product, works as advertised and it's larger than it looks in the pictures (I was worried that the step-ladder itself would be too short for my needs). My only qualm is that there's no built-in way to secure the bags you're carrying on the back when it's being used as a hand cart - my heavy camera backpacks like to fall over as soon as I stand the cart upright and bungee cords are just plain ugly (and annoying).
