The Mobile Digital Scribe with Full Version OCR Software for Windows from IOGEAR is an ink pen with a hidden digital side. The pen, which can write on any surface that a normal pen can write, records your handwriting, creating a digital copy of everything you write in its internal memory. Simply connect the pen to a computer via USB, and everything you've written will be there in digital form. The included OCR software converts this handwriting to fully searchable, editable text.

Comments about Iogear Mobile Digital Scribe with Full Version OCR Software for Windows:
It was not all that clear how to convert cursive writing into digital text-----instruction course is probably need unless one is really great with computers and software concepts.
I found the pen difficult to write with because the stylus was too short. One needed to hold the pen straight up and down just to be able to write with the short stylus cartridge available with the system. This made it too hard to use and not useable, from my perspective.

Comments about Iogear Mobile Digital Scribe with Full Version OCR Software for Windows:
I use the pen for writing my notes in my school, in the work and any occasion that it's necessary to made one note. The result is fantastic; all that I write is captured instantaneously. After captured, the software recognizes mine calligraphy and translates it for text.
