The Sony HDVF-550 5" Black & White HD Electronic Viewfinder displays 650 lines of high resolution monochrome video when attached to a compatible Sony camcorder. For many camera operators, B&W viewfinders make manual focusing and exposure adjustments easier, especially in low light. Along with its low power consumption and large, clean images, the HDVF-550 offers a phase-corrected peaking circuit (to aid in focusing) and a two tally system with large up-tally lamp.
