Plug the Wireless-N USB Adapter from D-Link into your desktop or laptop and connect to the internet using Wireless-N signals. Wireless-N connections are faster and stronger than those of Wireless-G, with a typical throughput over seven times that of Wireless-G signals and a maximum net bitrate of 600Mbps. The adapter is backwards compatible, so it will continue to connect to wireless networks using Wireless-G signals. Bundled software helps you manage network settings when using your laptop on multiple wireless networks, and an Installation Wizard makes the initial setup easy.

Comments about D-Link Wireless-N USB Adapter:
I got a T-Mobile mobile hotspot, but it was not as fast as expected with my nettop. Unfortunately, the D-Link adapter did not help.
Then I tried the adapter in my desktop with the hotspot and it was much faster than my ADSL connection. The USB extension has a very nice feature, the adapter-end is a stand so that the adapter is held at ca 20 deg from vertical. Conclusion: The adapter is as fast as it should be. Both my ADSL and my Intel Atom powered nettop are slower than expected.
A small problem, when I removed the software from my nettop it removed the driver for the built-in G-WiFi.
I might add that I have tried several brands of various network equipment, all brands, except D-Link have given trouble. I have a very old DI-701 D-Link router. Several times when newer equipment failed, I have pulled it out of the "moth-balls."
