Interfit SGM200 Flex Mount for the Canon 430EX & Sony HVL-F32X
The Interfit SGM200 Flex Mount is for the Canon 430EX and Sony HVL-F32X on-camera flash units. The Flex Mount is an integral part of the Strobies series of flash light shapers. There are several light shapers that attach to the Flex Mount. A Snoot, Barndoor Set, Softbox, Honeycomb Grids, and Bounce Cards are available separately.
The Flex Mount is correctly fitted when your flash cannot be pushed any further inside it and is flush with the central hole.
- Color gels may be fitted inside the Flex Mount
- For best results and to avoid damage, attach any shapers before mounting the Flex Mount onto your flash

It is not the easiest to put on but it does a pretty good job of holding my Strobies Globe. I do wish it came with a strap of some kind to keep it securely attached all the time. From time to time it will work loose.

Dont get me wrong ... its great . im using it on a Nikon SB-700 and so far its doing its job .. its just its construction doesnt feel right .. and it falls off very easy!!
My Octobox form Interfit its reduced to a rectangular softbox cause it doesnt have 8 slots .. it only has 4 .. thats a big failure i think!!

The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because I like the kit... however this little thing is aweful! Its hard to put on and it doesnt like to stay on either. they should have put adjustment straps instead.

Hard to get enthusiastic about this bit of gear. It works and does what it should. It is a very tight fit on the 430EX, but I know this is to keep it working as the plastic wears out.
