Was hoping for a portable solution to create sharp linear lighting for wine bottles on location. Unfortunately these barndoors only create a squarish light. Gaffing tape still needed in the kit to get sharp edges. I was about to return the item, but since it takes up hardly any space in the kit I thought I would give it a go. Not that impressed yet with my few trial runs, but it does allow for some squaring of the beam.
