Great product, easy to use, excellent picture qualtity. Menu takes a little time to get used to but after a little browsing around - piece of cake. I have loaded photos from both usb stick and camera chip - no problems either way.
Easy to import and delete selective photos. Make sure you reduce your photos down to 800x600 or 640x480 to get max photos on frame (no difference in display quality that I can see).
You can import photos in either "optimized" or "original" format. Choose "original" as it keeps the photos in true perspective (nothing gets cropped)
Time schedule is easy to use for times on/off for both weekdays and weekends. You can easily detach the wood frame to make it small in overall size.
The "shuffle" random option works well but you will see a photo or two twice before it randomizes to the next group. The more pictures you load increases the randomize even more.
The remote works well but does not have an on/off button (no big deal if use the schedule on/off.
If you have bad eyes like me - you can see the display from across a room with no problems
If loading from a usb stick - create a directory and place all the photos in it otherwise you can only get 144 photos on the raw stick. Also it will only read the 1st directory off the stick.

1. Portrait orientation works only for internally stored images and then only after using the remote to rotate each one of them. For SD card images no auto oirientation occurs even though the images show up fine on any other computer.
2. If running slideshow from an SD card, after using remote to change to portrait orientation, slideshow stops - must exit from rotation to restart show.
3. Horrible menu selection mechanism - absolutely nothing intuitive. Multiple menu levels not documented and must find by hunt and peck!
4. No software upgrades available and nto even talked about on the website. CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP - CHEAT!
Received my frame as a gift otherwise would have taken it back immediately.

First ond only digital frame I need! I loved my first one so much, I bought 5 more, loaded them and geve them away to family and they love them too!
The remote buttons can seem tedious if you have to flip a lot of pictures but once you get familiar it goes fast! I will be buying even more, these just impress me!
The kick stand it too short but I put it on a small box and then the angle is perfect.

This is my third attempt to find a frame that actually works. 1st one ([@]) lasted 30 days. 2nd one ([@]) didn't work right out of the box. This one has been going strong for a couple weeks now. Features auto on/off and cycles through the pics on my USB with no problems. Processor is a little slow but seems consistent with others I've tried.

This frame has excellent resolution. It's size is practical, it fits in with many styles of decor, and has a rich finish. One of the best features is its ability to change brightness with a wheel on the control panel. I would recommend this frame for anyone who needs a medium sized display.

Comments about Pandigital 10.4" Digital Photo Frame (Espresso):
I wasn't too impressed by this frame. The number of features is outstanding for the price, but the frame seems to lack basic functionality, such as real pause (it will only pause for 60 sec or you have to set 1 hr as an interval), custom intervals (it only has 5 choices), and slideshow organization (the frame will jump randomly into albums, hard to make it show pictures sequentially). Otherwise, the frame definitely fulfills the purpose of showing pictures in a slideshow if you are not too concerned with the albums/groupings. It also does in fact play video as well as music, which is great!

This frame is good looking and has a bright and clear screen. I wanted a big enough screen 10 inch so that we can see the photos clearly and this frame has good resolution to diplay my photos. It has multiple sources for the photos and a simple interface to manage my photos. Remote is a bit slow to respond. Overall it is a good value for the price. I havn't tried playing videos on it yet.

Excellent product. 2 GB memory with remote control and music play along with photo and video play too...packed with features and beautiful photo rendering.
Only draw back is it needs wireless dong form Pandigital for wireless access which should have been builtin.

The good:The frame looks amazing -- both the picture quality and the frame itself. It was easy to load pictures.
The bad: The remote control BARELY works. You have to be almost touching the picture frame for it to work. The menu wasn't very easy to understand and follow. But we'll get used to it. On vertical pictures it is cutting off the top & bottom pretty bad. I'm sure there is an adjustment for that, but it isn't doing it right automatically as I would have expected.
Still, a good frame for the price and size. We are happy.

Comments about Pandigital 10.4" Digital Photo Frame (Espresso):
I bought two of these - wanted to give my grandparents and mom a present with wedding photos. These are my initial thoughts after setting them up.
Pros
* cheap - one of the best prices for this size. Before anything else I'd say it's good for what it is.
* The wood frame and white insert is nice - it looks like a real picture frame.
* Easy to load in photos, I just plugged in a USB stick and it found and imported them.
* The screen itself is decent. I mean, it's a bit low resolution for the size, and sadly it's a TN panel which means not the greatest contrast, pretty bad off angle viewing (looking from below is the worst) However, the color and contrast are quite decent, which is fortunate because
Cons
* don't think you're going to be tweaking the picture too much - even slightly touching the contrast and brightness controls ruins the picture (the tint and color are better)
* The transitions are horrible. Most of them are terrible wipes - the only one I would want to use is the fade, but that is slow and stuttery I ended up turning off the transitions entirely.
* The interface is not easy to use. This is definitely something I'm going to set up for my fam and tell them not to touch. The controls on the panel are unintuitive but workable but
* the remote, however, is useless. There's a delay between pressing a button and the frame responding. Added to that the frame only responds one time in five to me pressing a button. I gave up using it pretty quickly, although I do like the magnetic spot to attach it on the back.
*had some trouble building an ordered slide show - fixed it by starting the image names at 101.jpg rather then 1.jpg
In the end I'm giving it 4 stars because, while not perfect, it seems good for the price and I think it will work pretty well once set up.

Pandigital's 10.4" Digital Photo Frame is an excellent combination of size and resolution. We use it to slideshow our MANY nature pictures that we would otherwise never see. And B&H's price made it too good to pass up.

This is overall a good frame for the price. The picture quality is good but not great. The 800x600 resolution seems to be not enough for a 10" frame. The menu is not very straight forward, but after few tries I learned how to navigate it. The remote is handy, you don't have to play with the keys in the back of the frame. Setting the schedule for turning on/off over night or weekends is easy. The random picture display works better than the frames I had before.

I just bought three of these as gifts. Having one myself for three years made my choice of this Pandigital frame easy. It has a beautiful display..sharp, with great colors. I did a lot of looking at others, read a lot of reviews, and came back to this. I highly recommend. You also can't beat the price at B&H, not to mention that they are also a very trustworthy place to do business with an excellent reputation.

Bought for parents' 50th wedding anniversary gift to load up with thousands of photos onto an 8GB SD card that we had gathered from family and friends. We were so happy with the overall classiness of the frame that's why we first chose it. Once we received it, were we pleasantly surprised by all of the added features so much so that we wished we had bought one for ourselves. Our parents could have not been happier with this very useful and sentimental gift that can be taken from room to room and enjoyed for years to come. A quality product for a great price. Super seller and fast shipping too. Can't wait to order another one!

I bought this frame thinking that I could use it as a digital portfolio for my photography. While that is possible, I was surprised that it requires AC power to run (no rechargeable battery as a power source). Mine was missing the USB cord, but the manufacturer tells me they will ship it -- just no idea how soon. :S I was surprised that this frame includes a recipe book -- nice idea for the kitchen -- and plays my audio files as background music for the photo slideshow. Also, the frame can be positioned in either landscape or portrait and the files will automatically adjust to display correctly. Neat.

This is my first digital photoframe and I love it ! 1st the size is aewsome , you would think the picture might be distorted because of the size of the frame not the case. 2nd How easy it was to import pictures, music, recipes, and movies got to love it. Over all great photoframe getting one for myself real soon.
