This Photoflex LitePanels Kit #1 provides unlimited lighting options in one easy-to-use system. The 39 x 72" (1 x 1.8 m) frame is aircraft aluminum; it resists cracking and warping from extremes in temperature. This frame is sectional, with an elastic cord that runs though its hollow center. No section can be lost or left behind.

The panels included in this kit are white translucent for diffusion, and a reversible reflective white/soft gold (alternating silver/gold) panel. The T-Clamp fastens to the included crossbar, and enables mounting to the 8' light stand. Take it on location or store it in the included kit bag.

Comments about Photoflex LitePanel Kit #1 with Aluminum Frame - 39x72" (1x1.8m):

Love the kit, no figuring out if you have all the right pieces or accessories - especially when I live remotely and often don't get to see or test my products before I invest. I love Photoflex in general and this kit represents the intuitive functionality and well-built quality I've come to expect. I haven't had any problems with set up and break down at all - fast, portable, light. Love the size and the reflective options. Use mostly in studio for children/seniors, love to use it as a fill for window light. Great deal.

Comments about Photoflex LitePanel Kit #1 with Aluminum Frame - 39x72" (1x1.8m):

A reflector is a necessity and Photoflex makes such an easy to use, portable system that it is ridiculous not to purchase. I've been meaning to get a reflector but always thought I could manufacture it myself. I love the look of the soft natural light and look forward to using it to expand my creativity. I am impressed with the quality of the stand and carrying case - great value, easy to set up and break down, nice materials and everything you need for a quick 5 min. setup.

Comments about Photoflex LitePanel Kit #1 with Aluminum Frame - 39x72" (1x1.8m):

I LOVE this product. It is solid-but-light 3'x6' frame that holds stretched fabric as a reflector or diffuser. I have only used it as a diffuser, but with two Nikon SB-900's shooting through it the Litepanel produces unbelievably pleasant, soft light across a wide area. Perfect for group portraits or pet/kid photos when you can't place your subject precisely.

Good solid construction. Reversible cover is easy to switch out and durable material. My only trouble is disassembling the panel frame. I'm not quick with it yet but it definitely isn't falling apart!

Comments about Photoflex LitePanel Kit #1 with Aluminum Frame - 39x72" (1x1.8m):

Been using the PVC version up 'til now. Was time for an upgrade to aluminum if I was going to use these outdoors. Looked hard at Lastolite, but the extra expense wasn't justified. And I had a couple of fabrics for these already. The Photoflex fabrics are much easier to attach than Lastolite. This particular kit was a logical purchase. I figure I paid less than buying everything piece by piece over time.
