The PC is perfect for home use i.e., net browsing, multimedia and word processing. The only cons being the absence of a wireless adapter. Also it would have been great to include a LCD monitor and offer a package deal. The speakers that come with the package are low powered and greatly diminish the movie experience.

My new Acer X1700 is everything it was advertised to be. Small footprint, low price, big power, sleek design. The only thing I don't like it is the low profile keyboard, which I'm sure I will come to enjoy in time... but I love the volume dial on the top right - very cool! Comes with lots of trial software which is nice = and easy to delete. No trouble what-so-ever, [...] What's not to like?
THIS COMPUTER IS FANTASTIC! HAD DELL, HP COMPUTERS, BUT I'VE HAD NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER!!! GREAT BUY. ACER IS #1 IN MY BOOK...
