American Dynamics Full-Function CCTV System Keyboard

The American Dynamics AD2089R-1 is a tough, full-function CCTV system keyboard, compatible with MegaPower Matrix Switcher/Controller Systems and Intellex Digital Video Management Systems. Relatively challenging installations are simplified with the keyboard's user-defined macro keys. The user can customize the keyboard to perform certain system tasks through pre-defined keystrokes.

With the keyboard's vector-solving joystick, the user can control the selected variable-speed pan/tilt functionality or a programmable dome with just one hand. Zoom-control of motorized lenses is possible through the joystick's twist action feature. The push-button at the top of the joystick allows moving a compatible dome through 180°. This ensures uninterrupted surveillance of the area under the dome too.

This useful accessory features full-travel keys that offer a comfortable tactile feel. Digital video recorders can be recorder controlled with this keyboard. Adjustable baud rates match the keyboard correctly with the Matrix Switcher/Controller system and make the keyboard compatible with applicable network systems. The self-test mode allows all hardware/software operations of the communications port, memory, LEDs, joystick, and beeper to be verified.

Dedicated keys enable user log-on, camera or salvo call-up, and intuitive site and monitor/DVR/VCR selection. The CCTV system keyboard's internal beeper sounds for five seconds after an alarm is triggered. Tours, alarms, and other system activities can be efficiently controlled directly from the keyboard.
