You can also keep track of expenses for tax time and export data to PDF, Excel, Quicken, QuickBooks, and TurboTax.
- Scan Business Cards
- This scanner is the answer for your contact management. Scan in business cards to keep digital images of cards and contact information, capture names, addresses, company titles and create your own searchable contact database. Data can then be exported to Outlook or other contact management software.
- Scan Documents
- You can scan documents to create searchable PDF files, edit text using copy/paste, and organize and store the data in your digital filing system.

What this product was purchased for and the end results after setting up and using the software and scanner, the product produced excellent results. I am very pleased, and feel it is doing what is advertised to do.

I have had both the mobile and desktop versions of the neatwork's scanners. They contently lose all your saved information. They even have a find missing files and find missing receipt buttons, but they don't work.
For such a simple system it is the worst product I have ever used in my business. As of today, it just lost $100,000 in receipts that have been saved over the past 6 months and they don't have any answers for me.
Luckily, I just backed it up again, so now I only have 3-4 hours of work restoring what it lost. That's if the backup restores all the lost data.
Avoid this product at all costs, it will save you a many headaches, time and money
