BackItUp & Burn from Nero is easy-to-use, powerful software that lets you easily backup your files, burn data to CD, DVD and Blu-ray Discs, synchronize files, and recover data from damaged storage media.
The software delivers full control over the protection of your personal data, including memorable family photos, important financial documents, music collections, etc. System crashes, hard drive failures, and malicious viruses can create havoc within your files, not to mention the cost and time involved with third party data recovery.

I purchased this product because NERO usually provides a good product.
I installed Backitup & Burn with no problems. I attempted to do a backup of my data files. In fact I attempted 8 backups. Each one failed. I contacted Nero via email. They responded and requesting certain information. My email was acknowledged. Then I didn't receive a reply within a week, I sent another email requesting input. They acknowledged receipt of my email and indicated problem was being processed. Shortly after I received another email from Nero indicating they had not received my informational email. I sent a duplicate. As of 3/27/11 I have not received a response to the problem. Not a good start.
