Comments about Kata PR-440 Photo Reporter Bag:
This bag was a purchase to replace several other bags I have used for years. As I have bought more lenses and accessories, my camera backpack had simply grown too small for it all. This required additional bags...but no more!
For reference and size I thought you might want to know what is in my bag...
-Canon 60D with Battery Grip
-Rebel XT with Battery Grip
-Lens 15-55mm
-Lens 60mm Macro
-Lens 50mm Portrait
-Lens 28-135mm Everyday
-Lens 70-200mm Telephoto
-Flash 430EX II
-Pocket Bouncer
-Color Passport
-Dimmable LED Video Light
-Battery Chargers (2)
-Remote Release
-Shoulder Strap
-LCD Hood
-Misc. Cables and Memory Card Pouches
Wow! That's a lot of stuff. Exactly! All weather-protected and most of it padded and secure.
The top-primary flap has three closures, Zipper-Velcro-Clip, so it prevents my small children from accessing the camera stuff, also, it gives me options when on a shoot. I can have protection without burdensome closure.
Also, the quick-access zipper on top has come in handy a number of times already, providing direct access to lens for switch-out or accessories on the fly.

Comments about Kata PR-440 Photo Reporter Bag:
I actually like this bag, I'm a student photographer who works in the local newspaper and I always need to carry different lenses. Rather than using my backpack I use for school I can use this bag to carry around my lenses with me, along with some speedlites! Taking pictures now is alot easier, I have alot of things just right on the side and its pretty durable

Comments about Kata PR-440 Photo Reporter Bag:
This is a great camera bag. I've used a lot of stuff like Lowepro, Tamrac, Think Tank Photo, and others, and it seems like I'm slowly migrating everything over to Kata bags. They are great quality and seem to be really well designed. This bag is perfect for when I don't want to take so much that I need a backpack, but I need more lenses than will fit in a holster style case. Not too big and not too small, but it can really hold a lot of stuff. This particular bag is replacing a Think Tank Photo Urban Disguise 40, which is a nice bag itself, but it felt a little constricted for room. This bag is physically bigger, but beyond that it is a lot easier to get things in and out because you can open the entire top of the page. The TTP UD40 just has a zipper across the top and it can be tight to and and remove things, but with this bag it couldn't be simpler. If I had to say something negative, I guess I'd like it even better if they left off a couple of the external pockets to reduce the overall size without losing any of the really protected area in the main compartment.

Comments about Kata PR-440 Photo Reporter Bag:
Yes, this bag is the best. I've been meticulously researching production bags online and have found time in and time again that the bag to get is Kata.
This bag in particular serves multiple functions within the confines of one amazing bag. I use it to carry my H4N Zoom, my DSLR, mini tripod, xlr cables, head phones, and all my sound converters.
My favorite moment going through the bag was after I went through every compartment thinking this was the best bag ever, then I discovered another pocket! There is a pocket for pens, i pod, etc, which just adds to it's benefits. This bag is worth every penny.
I love this bag!
