K-Tek KR-40-60 Fur Windsock for Canon XM1, XM2, GL1 and GL2 Microphones
The K-Tek KR-40-60 Fur Windsock is designed by Reinhardt and is intended to be used as an extra layer of wind protection; fitting over existing foam windscreens and plastic windshields. This Windsock is made of top-grade synthetic fur and measures 1.57 x 2.36" (40 x 60mm), which allows it to fit snugly on the Canon XM1, XM2, GL1 and GL2 microphones.

The GL2 windsock i recieved is absolutely amazing. It has cut so much of the wind noise off mu hunting videos. Thanks for a great product B&H you guys are awesome!

Works great. Used it in a moderate wind and didn't notice even a hint of whistle or whip. It is a little too fuzzy and it overhangs the lens hood - it may need a little trimming. It slips right onto the mic with no fuss or muss and can be easily removed if necessary. It doesn't interfere with the accessory shoe. Sure, for what it is, it could be a little cheaper, but it gets the job done and I'm sure that there are others on the market that are more expensive and don't work any better. Definately recommended.
