The American Dynamics AD2032 Matrix Alarm Responder comprises relay contact closures that correspond to video outputs displaying alarm actions. This alarm responder provides, in two groups of sixteen, thirty-two addressable double pole Form-A relays. Every relay group is programmed to act in response to two separate groups of sixteen adjacent video outputs. VCRs, annunciators, or external alarm associated devices can be activated by relays.
The Matrix Alarm Responder unit uses a High Speed Data Line or AD Manchester code line to be compatible with MegaPower Series Matrix Switcher/Controller Systems. Its universal mount enables front/rear mounting of equipment racks or flat mounting on a wall or horizontal surface. Troubleshooting of the unit is simplified with diagnostic LEDs.
