The camRade WS HVR V1 wetSuit (Black) is a soft flexible, waterproof PVC cover that can be used around a camcorder with complete access to the controls, zoom and LCD monitor screen. The noiseless cotton interior fabric reduces noise from wind and rain. The cover has vinyl windows to view the controls. It has elastic and zipper closures and is packed in a zippered pocket.

I use this wetsuit for filming sports events in inclement weather.
It fits the camera very well, and somehow allows access to everything while still keeping water out. You can operate the camera handheld, via both the site strap and the top handle, as well as mounted on a tripod. It is also possible to use the screen (you are not restricted to the eyepiece).
It takes a tiny bit of effort to get on but that is just being nitpicky - and it's inevitable given the great access and protection offered.
