Canon FS-CV Camera Cradle for Prosumer Cameras
The Canon FS-CV camera mount cradle is a small mount for the Focus Enhancements FS-CV portable DTE recorder. The mount mounts to the handle of the camcorder, as well as a leg of a tripod and is compatible with both the XH and XL series of HDV camcorders. Take advantage of recording footage to a tapeless workflow without handling a second piece of equipment; simply attach to your camera and go. Very cool.

There are two screws that secure the Focus Enhancements DTE into the cradle. The machining on one of the screws was off and I had to return it.

I have a Canon XH-A1s. This cradle is a must have for the FS-CV DTE Recorder. It fits very nicely on the handle of the XH-A1s. It is very secure and still leaves the handle usable. I have the FS-CV, a shot gun mic and two Sony wireless mic URX-P2 units on top of my camera. It's a lot but everything is secure and easy to get to. The cradle is an absolute must if you get the DTE Recorder. In all reality they should add the cost to the price of the DTE and include it.
