camRade SCC IIII Snow Coat Compact
The camRade SCC IIII Snow Coat Compact (Black) is a highly insulated, thermal camera jacket designed to fit a Sony PMW-EX1, HVR-Z7 or similar size compact handheld camcorder. The coat is made from nylon with a velvet lining and has interior padding with insulation. The insulation is a compressed mineral wool sandwiched by aluminum layers. There are built-in heat packs that keep the equipment warm, including batteries and the videographer's hands for up to 6 hours. The LCD screen monitor has an integrated protector. There is a cuff for operating the lens. The snow coat compact is carried by a side and top handle.
