The V69XM from MXL is a professional-quality large-diaphragm tube microphone ideal for use in broadcast studios as a vocal mic, or as an acoustic instrument mic. The V69XM features internal Mogami wiring to provide world-class sonic accuracy. The 12AT7 dual-triode vacuum tube and transformer-balanced output provide a warm, smooth sound.
The large-diaphragm capsule has a cardioid pickup pattern to reject off-axis noises and focus on the sound sources in front of the mic. The wire mesh grille helps to reduce plosive air blasts and sibilance. A power supply, XLR cables, shock mount, mic stand adapter, cleaning cloth, and aluminum flight case are all included.
