• 18-200mm Zoom Lens: The Nikon 18-200mm VRII lens brings multi-purpose 11x optical zoom to the D5000 camera. From portraits to sports; weddings to wildlife, the lens offers maximum flexibility for many types of photography. Advanced Vibration Reduction technology (VR) minimizes image blur caused by camera shake and improves shooting performance by up to 4 stops.

• HD Video Recording: Capture amazing high-definition video with sound using all the creative possibilities of the legendary Nikon lens system. Video clips can be recorded at 1280 x 720, 640 x 424, or 320 x 216 @ 24fps. D-Movie mode optimizes highlight and shadow details for incredible detail and image quality.

• 2.7" Vari-angle LCD + Live View: The Nikon D5000 is the first Nikon DSLR to offer a Vari-angle, 230,000-dot color LCD that allows you to compose still and video images from most any angle or shooting position.
