The Matrox Xenia Pro 1 GB Graphics Display Card from NEC is a graphics card designed for use in computed radiography (CR), digital radiography (DR), and PACS workstations. Featuring a full 1.0 GB of high-speed frame buffer memory, the card has not two but three DVI-I outputs, making it capable of driving three high-resolution displays, minimizing the time required to install, configure and deploy imaging workstations. You can install multiple Xenia boards to support even more displays. Enjoy support for OpenGL 2.0, DirectDraw, DirectX, GDI and MIL-compatible applications for superior performance, scalability and reliability. The card is compatible with numerous NEC displays and works on the Microsoft Windows XP, Vista or 7 OS.

DirectDraw is a specialized memory manager for system and display device memory, utilizing hardware acceleration where available. With DirectDraw, you are able to allocate and manipulate both system and graphics memory, including transfers between the two
- GDI and MIL-Compatible Application Support
- Support for applications that work with the Windows graphics device interface (GDI) and Matrox Imaging Library (MIL). Enhanced features available through MIL allow for hardware-accelerated operations, including image cached window / leveling, zoom, and the ability to view 1024 simultaneous shades of gray from 16-bit source images. A 10-bit display and 10-bit viewer are required to view up to 1024 simultaneous shades of gray
