Comments about JVC ProHD Media Storage Kit:
The great thing about SDHC chips is that you can store a great about of info in a small and comparatively inexpensive chip. The downside is that the chips are so small they can't be labeled or stored easily. this product solves that problem.
The highlight is teh 3x5 plastic pouch that holds 3 chips and a 3x5 card. Easy to use, labelable and not too big. These come in a small carrying case of a retro-industrial steamer turnk style. If this doesn't fit your needs any box that holds 3x5s should work.
The kit comes with 25 pouches. JVCs web site indicates it should be possible to get more in packs of 25, but no one including B&H seems to have them yet. You can get a case of, I think 600, good for a professional perhhaps but 900 SDHCs is for more than most of us will ever need. Perhaps B&H can break bulk on a case to help a normal photographer.
A very useful product, all and all.
