The Kingston DataTraveler 410 Flash Drive was built with simplicity in mind, allowing you to focus on your data. The 16GB flash drive contains room for high-definition photos, graphics-intensive documents, videos, spreadsheets, presentations, term papers, and music that can be stored and retrieved at a drop of a hat. Password-protect your data with the included SecureTraveler software. This allows you to create and access a password-protected, secure area of the drive called a "Privacy Zone." The software is compatible with Windows 2000, XP, and Vista.

Have had this drive for one week now. I like that it is fast. Works well with TrueCrypt Security software, including creating a hidden volume; did not try the SecureTraveler software as I like TrueCrypt. Have not had or used long enough to say if has any problems with data mysteriously disappearing.
Rugged unit. Solid. Can put up with wear and tear of having it on my key chain.
Only negative I see so far is the method for attaching the unit to something like a key ring. It is two holes at top of protective swivel bar; it is virtually impossible to get a small key ring to engage both holes given their proximity to each other (just can't make the bend angle)...so one is left with either running a solid metal key ring through only one hole and out the side of the bar or using something like a lanyard of some sort that can be manipulated through the two wholes. I don't like the latter since prefer something more solid, secure, like a metal key ring...so am doing the first option. It works fine...but not as esthetically pleasing. All Kingston really needs to do to fix this is to add a small loop hole atop the swivel unit.

This is an Excellent Flash Drive with good looks and quiet great performance that it shows in read and write speeds. The good among all is the security software it comes with. i use this buddy for both my personal and office use, when i use it in the office i need to share with my colleagues then i recognize its real use with the data security it provides by not showing my personal stuff in it. They dont even know that it contains my personal stuff in it. you can allocate the space required for your personal and professional use from the options provided in the security software that it comes with. Even you have security the bad thing is if any one format it unknowingly you will lose every thing including the hidden personal stuff. i recommend the product manufacturers to disallow this kind of unauthorized formatting. Any one can buy it and use it like all other regular flash drives if you dont want that security installed which consumes little space.

Great thumb drive with huge storage. I have only had it about two weeks now and it hasn't left me since. It's perfect for saving and moving video files from my Canon 7D. And when it comes to sharing final video edits it great to have in my bag to show people.
