The Aiptek PJV21X PocketCinema V10Plus Portable Projector with Media Recorder is a powerful pico projector. What's pico mean? Small-very small. How small? The PJV21X weighs only 5.2 ounces and its longest dimension is less than five inches. It's 2.1 inches wide and just under an inch thick. Another words, you can easily fit it in your jacket pocket.
It makes a great back-up projector but the PJV21X packs quite a punch in its own right. It can display JPEG photos, play MPEG 4 video (AVI, ASF and MP4) and play MP3 audio in stereo. And it can project images up to 50 inches across diagonally. It even comes with its own tripod, remote control and carrying pouch for the projector.
You can project directly from camcorders, digital cameras, game consoles, cell phones-in short, any device with AV out capability. Of course you don't need to carry an external device to use the PJV21X. Its 4 GB of internal memory and 32 GB SDHC expansion slot allows you to store hours of video right in the palm of your hand.
In fact, you can even plug in a camcorder or cell phone with video out capability to record video in the popular H.264 format (640 x 480 VGA MP4) onto the PJV21X's internal or add-on card memory.
