This PatrolIR from FLIR is a stationary-mount thermal imaging camera with a 360° viewing capability, a 35° horizontal field of view, and a pan-tilt base for unrestricted viewing.

Unlike ubiquitous light intensifying systems, thermal imagers read heat at the molecular level to produce vivid high-contrast images, even when hidden by fog, smoke, steam, or total darkness conditions. This makes thermal imaging ideal for in-plant surveillance, perimeter monitoring, and high-value asset protection. When you need to establish positive identification, facial recognition, or situational awareness - thermal imaging is the way to go.
Securing your perimeter with a thermal imaging system eliminates a perpetrator's ability to elude detection by employing camouflage, heavy cover, or covert maneuvers. The microbolometer array is extremely sensitive and is quite capable of detecting even the slightest fluctuations in temperature.
