Would give 0 stars if possible. But 5 demerits
I thought the problem was that I was more familiar with Macs. But then someone using PCs for 15 years had the same problems. This is the most unstable computer I've ever attempted to use. Things appear and disappear at will....but not MY will. The whole desktop disappeared. Restarting has not returned it. Bad hardware? Bad software? I don't know. What I do know is that this disaster of a product is going back to B&H!

Comments about Acer Aspire One AOD250-1738 Netbook Computer (Seashell White):
I got this computer for commuting to and from school. I installed linux on it, and it runs beautifully.
Things I love:
(1) Size
(2) Battery Life
(3) Runs most everything that my macbook did with little noticeable difference.
Things that aren't great:
(1) I'm not a fan of the click pad, but I'm getting used to it.

Comments about Acer Aspire One AOD250-1738 Netbook Computer (Seashell White):
This computer is an amazing deal. Very cheap, yet very well built, very fast, very small, and incredible battery life, and stylish in this white/black color. I bought it for traveling but it's become my main computer. Sure the screen is a bit small, the keyboard too but I got used to that after a few weeks. The most annoying part is the touchpad and click buttons. Disabling the "smart" features of the touchpad makes it usable. I use a micro mouse whenever I can. Not great for videos and graphic intensive applications. I've owned a number of laptops, all several times more expensive than this one, and I've never been so happy.
