I bought this to go with me new Western Digital WD Elements SE (1TB). The case is a little big but the large elastic band snuggly holds the drive against the foam pad. There is a large net pocket inside and a snug liner pocket on the outside. The case is rigid but not exactly hard. I feel a lot better about having my hard drive in this case but wouldn't recommend throwing it or letting a car roll over it. It is a little larger than it needs to be for my new drive but its

Used the case for an iOmega 2.5 drive. Worked fine. Keeps the drive safe from bumps and scratches and has room on one side for one of the various cables that came with the drive (USB 2.0, Firewire 400, Firewire 800). Great price as well compared to prices at electronics stores, etc.
