About the Author: Colin Harding is Curator of Photographic Technology at the National Media Museum in Bradford, England. He has written widely on the history of photography and is a regular broadcaster on television and radio. He has curated many exhibitions, and has shown readers of Black & White Photography many a thing about classic cameras down through the years.
