The Billingham SP40 Shoulder Pad (Black) is a contemporary style pad made to fit bags with a 1.5" wide straps. The oversized pad is made from 3.0mm top grain leather with closed cell foam padding and a neoprene gripper to provide comfort and grip. The strap attaches under loops that use a press stud to close.

This strap is of fine quality and all, I just don't understand why my $300 bag didn't come with it to begin with! Also, if your thinking you want it and it's in stock then you should jump on it. I waited over 6 months for mine to ship from backorder.
