This Desisti 20 Amp Stage Pin Connector is also known as a Grounded Pin Connector (GPN) and is standard for theatrical lighting in North America. Of the three pins in the connector, the ground pin is longer so that it connects first for safety reasons. All pins have expansion slits down their length to ensure a tight fit.
