Holy cow was that wasy to set up, I spent more time clearing out a space for it to live than I did getting my first document to print.
Link it to your WiFi and tell Windows 7 there's a network printer out there and you're good to go!
Bonus:
You can scan multiple documents into a PDF file and store them on a Flash Memory card or USB Drive. Major bonus!
5 ink tanks mean black prints are totaly separate from color now.
Duplex printing for those that don't get it, it can print on both sides of the page without you having to touch anything. I was SUPER happy that it can do that.
One wire, just power, true 'put it anywhere' ability. I just love that.
Prints really nice compared to our old Canon i320 and Brother MFC-420cn, still need to try out the photo printing though, will update when I do.
Scary: the paper eject door will automagically open when you print, so you can keep the pleasant look with it closed and not have to kick yourself in the face for forgetting to open it.

I bought this printer expecting to use the wireless feature. Contrary to what the specs say online - there is no option to use bluetooth. The printer does not come with a USB cable, so I had to buy one. Also, the WIFI on this printer will only connect with a router, which means you cannot network directly from your computer to the printer.

Comments about Canon Pixma MP560 High-Performance All-In-One Wireless Printer:
I use this printer as much for scanning as for printing. Both functions work well. The copy function also works well. Quality and speed are more than adequate and the price made this model hard to beat.

Comments about Canon Pixma MP560 High-Performance All-In-One Wireless Printer:
These have come down considerably since I first researched a new printer. $80 from B&H was too tough to pass up! I use my printer very often for my business and so far, I'm not at all disappointed. Easy to set up and running. I must say that my main uses are B&W so I haven't really tested the color quality yet.

I use this for every day printing. It is a great printer and the wireless feature is fantastic. We have 3 computers and it is great to be able to all print to it. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

We researched this out before buying and are very pleased with the printer, the customer support and the company from whom we purchased it.
We haven't yet tried all the features, but those we've tried are great. Looking forward to good use for a very reasonable price.

Comments about Canon Pixma MP560 High-Performance All-In-One Wireless Printer:
I'm in love with this printer. After browsing other reviews and deciding upon the perfect wireless networking printer, I found the Pixma MP560. And, it's everything everyone said it was!
My favorite part is the paper tray on the bottom. It could be a little deeper to hold more paper, but it's concealed, so there's no need for paper sticking out of the top of the printer. Also, the double-sided printing feature makes printing two-sided copy so easy. There's no guessing which end is up. Just select the feature, and voila!
Networking was very easy. Out of the box, we were up and running with two laptops print-ready in about 20 minutes. A must have for anyone who needs a printer.
The scan lid could be a little more sturdy.

Comments about Canon Pixma MP560 High-Performance All-In-One Wireless Printer:
The Pixma MP560 printer is a welcome step up from and older Canon pixma series printer I had for 10 years. The speed and color rendition for a lower priced printer are quite nice. Be careful with the bottom paper tray - it's a little flimsy.

Its a sharp machine, but I have trouble getting the jobs printed. I am not sure if its the wifi connection or not. But often its hit or miss when I click print. Set up was kind of a pain.

I was looking for a wireless computer that would work with my Macbook. Totally worth it. The printer was [...] simple to set up. I just followed the instructions provided and I was able to utilize the printer for copying and scanning. Wireless was easily set up (know your password and network name).

Comments about Canon Pixma MP560 High-Performance All-In-One Wireless Printer:
The time to print the first page seems longer than my HP, but acceptable. I really like the efficency of the compact design. It seems to require a stronger WiFi signal than my router generates. Not the printers fault. I am rather happy so far with this unit.

I've only had this printer for a couple of weeks and haven't used it much, but so far it seems great. The scanning software is well designed and works fine with Mac OS 10.4.11 The printer seems well built and sturdy with very clean printing. The set-up was a bit more complicated then i've experienced with other printers, but the design seems very well thought out. Also, it is very quiet, much quieter than my previous HP printer/scanner. So far i like it a lot.

Comments about Canon Pixma MP560 High-Performance All-In-One Wireless Printer:
I have only had HP printers in the past. This time I wanted a printer that was wireless( I am so sick of wires everywhere!) This printer had great reviews, so I decided to give it a try.
The setup instructions were easy to understand and I am NOT technically savvy. I really like that there are 5 ink cartridges. My old HP had a color and black cartridge and they ran out very quickly.
The colors are vibrant and the color page I printed of a motorcycle drawing was great.

This is a great printer. After setting it up, which was easy, I just installed the drivers and I was printing. The only problem was getting the correct drivers, which meant going to the Canon's website. I can even print from a virtual machine at the same time.

It is especially useful to scan without using the computer - very helpful
Two cons:1) the scanning offers only 2 file-types for saving (jpeg and pdf);
2) using the MPNavigator EX, there is a factor to OCR a document, but, apparently, no OCR program was installed.

Comments about Canon Pixma MP560 High-Performance All-In-One Wireless Printer:
Seems to be working great. Set up was a pain with the wheel to fill in settings and codes instead of a keyboard, but otherwise after a few tries it worked. My pc and mac both print to the device with no problems. I have no complaints with this printer which I got at a great price. Have not tried printing photos yet, but couldn't be any worse than the last canon mx310 I had which did an ok job with photos but had problems with printing the correct color.
