Comments about Aluratek Card Reader - USB 2.0:
This adapter works well with the sdhc card. My mom, who is not technologically savy, is able to easily take the sd card from the camera and upload it to her computer using this adapter.
Comments about Aluratek Card Reader - USB 2.0:
None of the SD card readers I own would read SDHC. This one does the job flawlessly.

Comments about Aluratek Card Reader - USB 2.0:
We were having to actually plug in our camera every time we wanted to dump footage, and now we can do our dumping much more cleanly and efficiently and on whichever computer happens to be open. I haven't found any drawbacks. There are no drivers or installation; just plug in a USB jack and go. No problems and easy to fit into those harder to reach USB jacks.

Works great. Tiny enough to fit in the smallest nook of my camera bag.
This was exactly what I was looking for.

Comments about Aluratek Card Reader - USB 2.0:
I use this to transfer audio and video to my computer.
I wish it was capable of reading Compact Flash cards as well.
I'm not digging the pink graphics so much.

Comments about Aluratek Card Reader - USB 2.0:
I use this little device with 32GB SDHC, so I don't have to connect my Nikon D5100 to PC. The reader works great, gets recognized by PC upon connection immediately.
The reader's cord is a little too short, so a USB extension cord would be handy.

Comments about Aluratek Card Reader - USB 2.0:
I am using the Micro Sd card reader to import my Dslr (sd card) and zoom H1 (micro-sd card) into my computer. As of right now, the little machine works very quickly. It does the job it was intended to do, and it does it well. Now it is made of cheap plastic, and I can foresee it breaking within a couple months. Nevertheless, for the price, it's worth it!

Comments about Aluratek Card Reader - USB 2.0:
It's nice that it only takes up one USB port unlike many of its competitors that are bulky around the port they are plugged into. Other than that, it works like any other device in its class.

Awesome form and function. This is a solid card reader. The slim usb cable fits into small places- way better than my previous card reader with usb built into body.

Comments about Aluratek Card Reader - USB 2.0:
I've had this reader for about 6 months and used it every day on a 20 day vacation this last summer. I love the small size. Very lightweight. The short cable was not an issue for me. In fact I like it short because it doesn't take up space in my computer bag or get tangled with any other cords.
I thought the transfer speed was excellent! I was pleasantly surprised.
Note when pushing in the cards, one must push firmly to get them all the way into the slot. The gold side of the contacts for both slots is facing the center of the reader (not top or bottom, but rather towards each other).
A highly recommend this reader, especially with the price.

Not the best, but works fine. Inserting SD card much stiffer than it should be. Haven't used the micro SD slot.
